If you really dig Seacus, New Jersey you can attend this year’s draft in person: here’s the link to the league’s official Ticketmaster page to purchase your tickets to the 2011 NBA Draft.

Draft Finder

Another nifty link I’ve just added to the sidebar is the Basketball Reference Draft Finder, which allows you to search through every NBA draft using your own criteria, whether it be the lowest drafted Hall of Famer since the ABA-NBA merger or active players drafted from 1985 to 2010, in the 1st round, with the 1st overall pick, sorted by descending 3-Pt Field Goal Pct.

NCAA Vault

In searching for a way to provide more game tape of potential prospects, I stumbled upon(not literally) something I’m sure the NCAA is trying to hide: the NCAA Vault, which as opposed to most of their endeavors, is actually a good idea (unless your against profiting off amateur athletes I suppose). Essentially you can watch complete game footage from select NCAA tournament games, plus every game from the sweet 16 on since 2000.

To start your viewing experience here’s a link to get you started. P.S. I’ve also added the NCAA Vault to the links section of the sidebar-like-thing to your right.

Twitters

As Yahoo’s Ball Don’t Lie so eloquently states:

At this point, seemingly half the NBA is on Twitter. It’s a wild world of training updates, questions as to which movies they should go see, and explanations of their Call of Duty prowess.

To which I would add, that seemingly 80% of the players projected to be taken in next June’s draft are on Twitter.  So if your really into that sort of thing, here’s an incomplete list of players I’m nearly almost certain are legitimately on Twitter*:

Darius Miller

Nolan Smith

Isiah Thomas (No, not that Isiah Thomas)

Jimmer Fredette

Derrick Willams

Brandon Knight

Kemba Walker

Marcus Morris

Alec Burks

Tobias Harris (Private Account)

Tristan Thompson

Ken Farried

Jordan Hamilton

Chris Singleton

Marshon Brooks

Travis Leslie

Josh Selby

Charles Jenkins

Imman Shumpert

Trey Thompkins

Jujuan Johnson

Keith Benson

Jimmy Butler

Etwaun Moore

Shelvin Mack

Malcom Lee (Private Account; also happens to have a sweet poetry blog)

Ben Hansborough (Private Account)

Jordan Williams

Jon Leuer

Demetri Mccamey

Jeremy Tyler

Scotty Hopson

Chandler Parsons

Malcolm Thomas

Jacob Pullen

Jamie Skeen (Follower beware, Skeen may need to, ahem, clean up his following list.  But in all seriousness if you haven’t figured this out yet, for a lot of athletes, this is their only reason to use Twitter)

Scottie Reynolds

Matt Howard (Who, when you search Matt Howard in Twitter, is the 4th result behind Howard Stern, Ronnie Mund, and Norm McDonald. Go figure.)

Kyle Singler

Trevor Booker

*Note that this list does not include Kyrie Ivring, who apparently quit Twitter after he was bizarrely harassed

BONUS: Three accounts that might possibly be fake, however I have idea why anyone would create a fake account for- Tyler Honeycutt, Norris Cole (who in the real world possess a fantastic hi-top fade), or Jereme Richmond.

DOUBLE BONUS: If you’re really desperate you can follow An Inconvenient List of 2011 NBA Draft Prospects on Twitter.

TRIPLE BONUS:

A search for John Diebler on Twitter yields the following:
